  The "China Environmental Judicial Development Report (2021)" was jointly completed by the Environmental Resources Judicial Research Center of the Supreme People's Court and the Environmental Resources and Energy Law Research Center of Tsinghua University.

  In terms of "improving the international influence of Chinese cases", the report mentioned that the UNEP portal published 10 Chinese environmental and resource judicial cases last year.
