The administrations of private schools in Sharjah have issued a circular to the students’ families regarding the date and details of the end-of-semester exams for grades five to eleven, stressing the need to always maintain and not be absent during these days, to complete the curricula and courses required for the final exams.

The end-of-semester exams begin next Wednesday and end on June 16 for grades five to eight, while they end on June 17 for grades nine to eleven, followed by the summer vacation.

School hours will resume for the new academic year on August 29, provided that the students’ parents are informed of the results as soon as they are issued.

School administrations stated that the exams for the end of the third semester for grades five through eleven will be carried out on the swift assess platform in presence during the morning period, directed to abide by a number of technical requirements for the implementation of exams, including bringing the student his tablet device (tablet/iPad) to the exam headquarters. It is forbidden to contain a simcard.

I also directed that the device be charged at home to 100% and bring the charger.

School administrations stated that the exam can only be entered through the school's intranet.

She emphasized that each student has a special password, which he will obtain from the school.
