An explosion at a chemical plant in northern India killed at least eight people, injured 15 and local police are investigating the cause of the explosion.

A sudden explosion occurred on the 4th at a chemical plant in Uttar Pradesh, northern India.



According to local police, at least eight employees were killed and 15 were injured.



In the footage from the scene, you can see how the roof of the factory was blown off by the impact of the explosion, leaving only the skeleton, and the firefighters fighting the fire in the debris.



The factory where the explosion occurred is owned by a company that manufactures electronic devices, and local police are investigating the cause of the explosion, including what chemicals were used.



In India, an explosion at a chemical plant in the west also killed at least six people in August 2019.



In addition, at least 20 people were killed in the explosion at the firecracker factory in the north in September of the same year, and there were frequent explosion accidents at factories in India. It has been pointed out that there is thoroughness and the lack of inspection by the authorities.
