Fredrik Selldén is the CEO of the gaming company Dimfrost.

He says that the work with Bramble began in 2019 and that they are now 15 full-time employees at the company plus some interns, including from the game education at Valla folk high school.

In addition to that group, there are four consultants who work in other places.

Fredrik Selldén says that Swedish games have a very good reputation around the world:

- It takes almost a month without hearing about a Swedish gaming success.

After Minecraft, for example, there have been bestsellers such as Little Nightmares from Malmö and Vallheim from Skövde.

Östergötland's turn

Fredrik Selldén expects Bramble to be ready in about six months, and the goal is for it to be available for computers, Xbox, PlayStation and all other consoles.

He says that the organization East Sweden Game has created a platform, and a belief that it is possible to create games in Östergötland.

But he wishes that similar investments were made in Norrköping:

- Now we have popped up here and started creating jobs, so how can Norrköping create more gaming jobs, get people to educate themselves and work in an industry that is very neglected in Norrköping?
