This was announced by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova during a briefing.

“It is planned to discuss the state of and prospects for deepening bilateral cooperation on a wide range of issues, and, of course, we are talking about trade and economic cooperation in the context of the application of illegitimate sanctions against Russia by the West,” she specified.

Earlier, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Russian leader Vladimir Putin held telephone conversations, during which they discussed, among other things, the situation in Ukraine.
