The Center Party announced on Friday night that they will not support the no-confidence motion that the Sweden Democrats have brought against Minister of Justice Morgan Johansson (S).

For Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson (S), the message is welcome.

- The Center Party has several times, and not least Annie Lööf personally, shown that they are prepared to take responsibility for the security of Sweden and the Swedish people in a troubled and worrying situation.

They show it once again.

And I am sure that many in Sweden appreciate it, says Magdalena Andersson to SVT News.

Following the Center Party's announcement on Friday, the decision now lies with the political savage AminehKakabaveh, who on Friday morning had not left any message on the issue.

"A long series of conversations with different parties"

In an interview with Ekot, she says that she talks to the Social Democrats about, among other things, arms exports to Turkey and terrorist stamping of certain Kurds.

If talks between the parties are ongoing, or if an agreement is close, Magdalena Andersson does not want to go any closer.

- Exactly which conversations we have, I will not report to the outside world.

But of course we have a long series of conversations with different parties as this is a sensitive situation, she tells SVT.

"Irresponsible"

At the same time, Magdalena Andersson continues to sharply criticize the opposition - M, KD and L - who yesterday announced that they are behind the Sweden Democrats' no-confidence motion.

She refers to the war in Ukraine at the same time as Sweden's NATO application, according to Andersson, is in a "very sensitive situation".

- We will always try to take responsibility for Sweden in this tough situation.

But what we need now is non-political play and bickering.

We need cooperation and I can only complain that the opposition is acting so irresponsibly, she says.
