One of Bosnia's largest hospitals had to be evacuated on Thursday after a false bomb threat.

The country has been targeted for a week by hundreds of threats targeting schools or public institutions.

Several hundred patients from the hospital center in Banja Luka, the capital of the Bosnian Serb entity, had to be evacuated on Thursday.

An email had been sent to the establishment warning of the presence of a bomb.

The police arrived on the spot, false alarm finally.

The director of the hospital denounces a “

 despicable attack 

”.

According to him, the author of the message threatened "

 to blow up disbelievers

 ".

This Thursday, several courts in Sarajevo, the Bosnian capital, were evacuated for the same reasons, while the day before no less than 400 schools in the Bosnian Serb entity were the subject of false bomb threats. , always by email.

With this message: kill Serbian children.

The authorities said they did not know at this time who the authors of these threats were or their motivations.

After the inter-community war of the 90s, Bosnia was divided into two: a Serbian entity and a Croat-Muslim federation.
