Gabriel Bergkvist, formerly Ibrahim Fakhro, is wanted in custody for gross fraud.

His brother Mikael Karl Persson, formerly Nabil Fakhro, is wanted in custody on suspicion of aiding and abetting gross fraud.

The prosecutor also wants the suspects to be detained with restrictions.

It appears in documents that the prosecutor submitted on Friday.

The reason why the prosecutor wants the brothers detained is that he believes that there is a risk that they "by removing evidence or in some other way complicate the investigation of the case".

Suspected of cheating on an elderly man in his apartment

The brothers, along with another brother, are suspected of fraud against an elderly man who hired their business Senior Craftsmen last year.

The man had the apartment emptied and in addition a gift certificate appeared in which the man was alleged to have donated his apartment to Gabriel Bergkvist, something which the man before his death thought was completely incorrect.

Since the summer of 2021, SVT Nyheter Skåne has examined the Fakhro brothers and their various garden companies.

In the last two weeks alone, the police have received over 300 reports regarding fake invoices from one of the brothers' companies, Lomma garden (now MSA Service Entreprenad Skötsel).
