An accident, involving several vehicles, took place this Friday, around 1:30 p.m., on the A9 motorway, between the exits towards Sète and Agde, in Hérault. A truck, which was traveling in the direction of Spain, crossed the central reservation and came to a stop alongside the motorway lanes, in the Spain/Orange direction.

This accident causes significant difficulties at the height of the accident.

At 2:30 p.m., traffic was on two lanes towards Spain and on a single lane towards Orange.

Vinci Autoroutes identified up to 7 km of disturbances in the direction of Orange (50 minutes to cross them) and 6 km towards Spain (20 minutes).

These disruptions come as Bison smart has classified traffic red, in the direction of departures, this Friday, due to the start of the Ascension weekend.
