The United States imposed sanctions on Severstal and 15 other Russian legal entities

Restrictions are also introduced in relation to Severgroup LLC, Nord Gold and other enterprises.

The American license to wind down operations with Severstal will be valid until August 31, with Nord Gold - until July 1. 

Earlier, Chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko said that the number of sanctions of the collective West against Russia and their nature are provoking a global economic crisis.
