Peskov said, "The Russian side has expressed its demands very clearly, and the Ukrainian side is very clear about this. Now the Kyiv authorities are freezing the negotiation process."
According to previous reports, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that it is possible to continue negotiations with Russia only if the Russian army returns to the position before February 24.
Russia responded that this condition was not constructive.
