A delivery ceremony for humanitarian aid to Ukraine was held on the 2nd in Pakistan.

While the previous administration has shown a stance toward Russia, the Sharif administration, which was born in April, has announced a stance of supporting Ukraine, clarifying a different position from the previous administration.

The delivery ceremony was held at an air force base in Rawalpindi, near Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan.

7.5 tons of humanitarian aid such as blankets and medicines will be loaded on a transport plane and will depart for Poland, a neighboring country of Ukraine, on the 3rd.

Ukraine's Ambassador to Pakistan, Chuchuk, said, "Pakistan's support is a sign of compassion and goodwill for the fighting Ukrainian people. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for Pakistan's standing on the Ukrainian side."

In response, Pakistan's Deputy Foreign Minister Kal expressed concern about Russia's military invasion and said, "We will do our utmost to provide humanitarian assistance to the affected civilians."

Pakistan has so far passed a resolution condemning Russia at an emergency special meeting of the UN General Assembly in March, as well as a meeting with President Putin in Moscow on February 24, shortly after Russia's military invasion by former Prime Minister Khan. Has shown a pro-Russian attitude, such as abandoning.

On the other hand, the Sharif administration, which was born in April, has taken a stance of supporting Ukraine and has clarified its position different from the previous administration.
