Robot 17 is used today by the Swedish Armed Forces' amphibious regiment.
Rein Pella says that Robot 17 is a system with very good precision.
The robot has a range of five to eight kilometers from the coast.
"It will probably not be as crucial on the battlefield as when you got the Himars rocket artillery system, which has GPS-guided missiles that travel 80 kilometers, but it will give Ukraine the opportunity to better assert and protect its own coast," says Rein Pella.
