Painted by young people from Ploemeur near Lorient (Morbihan), the rainbow pedestrian crossing was inaugurated on May 21 as part of Citizens' Day.

Less than a week later, the pedestrian crossing in the colors of LGBTQI+ people was vandalized with the discovery on May 27 of homophobic tags and Celtic crosses.

The pedestrian crossing 🌈 made by our vandalized youth city council... I'm outraged.

PlƓmeur is a tolerant and humanist city, you know my commitment as Mayor, and soon to the National Assembly.
