The agency explains that since the beginning of March, the People's Militia of the LPR has been conducting an offensive in the direction of Severodonetsk and Lisichansk.
The capture of these cities is one of the primary goals of the forces of the republic.
The task is complicated by the fact that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have organized defense in depth.
