“In particular, we are talking about restricting access to the embassy’s bank account, the refusal of the official BMW dealer to service the embassy’s fleet, turning off the so-called panic button in the buildings of the embassy and the residence of the Russian ambassador to the UK,” RIA Novosti quotes a statement.
The Foreign Ministry stressed that outsiders could enter the territory of the country residence and damage the property of the diplomatic mission.
In April, Kelin said that relations between Russia and the UK are of a technical nature, there is no negotiation process.
