A criminal case was initiated against the commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine under the article “terrorist act” (paragraphs “a”, “b”, “c”, part 2, part 3, article 229 of the Criminal Code of the DPR).

Also, criminal cases are being investigated against the commander of the 56th separate motorized infantry brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Sirchenko S.A.

for the shelling of Makeevka and the Kuibyshevsky district of Donetsk.

On May 30, the Ukrainian military shelled the center of Donetsk.

According to preliminary data from the Russian Investigative Committee, five civilians were killed, including a teenager.

At least 18 people were injured.

According to the first deputy head of the Ministry of Information of the DPR, Daniil Bezsonov, the shelling was carried out from American M777 howitzers of 155 mm caliber.
