He said this during a meeting with large families awarded the Order of Parental Glory. 

The Russian leader also proposed to establish a one-time payment of 200,000 rubles when presenting the medal of the Order of Parental Glory. 

“When presenting the Order of Parental Glory itself, instead of 100 thousand rubles, as it was before, to pay 500 thousand rubles at a time.”

In addition, Putin supported the idea to revive the honorary title "Mother Heroine".

Payments to women who have received this title should amount to 1 million rubles.
