.

The latter, a minor at the time of the facts, appeared on Tuesday in the juvenile court.

He had filmed three accomplices torturing their victim to death, in a squatted apartment, for three days, before posting the video on social networks.

His three other accomplices had appeared on April 15 at the Rhône Assize Court.

The two adults had been sentenced to 20 years of criminal imprisonment, while the third, aged 16 at the time, was sentenced to 13 years, in view of his minority.

The sentences were declared for murder and aggravated violence, the acts of torture and barbarism not having been retained by the court.
