And it indicated that the Federal Traffic and Traffic Law stipulates the violation of sudden deviation through Articles 29, 31, 44, 83, 86, which is represented by the sudden deviation of the vehicle, the wrong overtaking, the overtaking in a place where it is forbidden to overtake, and the failure to use signals when changing the direction of the vehicle, to The side of the light vehicle not adhering to the front lane.

According to the Traffic and Traffic Law, a violation of wrongfully overtaking includes a fine of 600 dirhams for the driver of the vehicle in addition to six traffic points. As for overtaking from a prohibited place, the driver must pay a fine of 600 dirhams, while the heavy vehicle does not adhere to the mandatory lane, the violation is a fine of 400 dirhams.
