“On July 28, Ukraine will have a new public holiday – the Day of Ukrainian Statehood.
The Verkhovna Rada voted for this decision,” Oleksiy Goncharenko, a member of the Ukrainian parliament, wrote in his Telegram.
Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he had signed a decree on celebrating the Day of Unity on February 16 in the country.
