According to statistics, the largest proportion of teachers in Östergötland have changed jobs in Finspång municipality.
The average figure for exchanged services is 35 percent.
Valdemarsvik and Vadstena's municipalities have the lowest proportion of exchanged services in Östergötland.
The average figure for the proportion of changed services is 25 percent.
The figures come from Statistics Sweden and have been requested by SVT News.
This is the first time that SVT can show how extensive teacher turnover is.
According to the review, half of the teachers work at the same school for a maximum of three years.
- It affects weak students the most, because they have a special need to get a predictable and safe education, says Karin Lindqvist, investigator at the Swedish Schools Inspectorate.
