As part of the document, a mechanism has been developed to support investors, which includes guarantees and obligations of the region, writes vostokmedia.com.

At the same time, the authorities of the Khabarovsk Territory will not be able to arbitrarily change this list of state support to the detriment of investors.

In accordance with the declaration, the region proposes the use of, among other things, ASEZ and FPV regimes, regional investment projects, new investment projects, concession agreements and investment tax deductions.
