The UK and EU have agreed on a coordinated ban on insurance for ships carrying Russian oil.
According to the newspaper, the decision will close the important insurance market for Russia Lloyd's of London and thus "limit the ability to export crude oil."
Earlier, the EU plans to gradually ban the insurance of ships used to transport Russian oil within six months, The Wall Street Journal reported.
