According to the minister, Turkey expects Finland and Sweden to respond to the conditions for the countries to join the North Atlantic Alliance, Anadolu agency reported.
We are talking about the statement of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan that Turkey will not support the membership of Finland and Sweden in NATO if these countries do not demonstrate "solidarity with Turkey on fundamental issues, especially in the fight against terrorism."
Earlier, negotiations on the issue of NATO were held between the delegations of Finland, Sweden and Turkey.
Erdogan said he was dissatisfied with them.
