A paragliding accident occurred this Sunday, late afternoon, in the town of Saint-Vincent-les-Forts (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence).

Two men were injured in a fall,

It was around 5 p.m. when a two-seater paraglider crashed shortly after takeoff.

On board was a 50-year-old instructor who was accompanying a 28-year-old man on a flight.

Both fell nearly 10 meters.

Both victims hospitalized

The firefighters and the gendarmes were immediately mobilized.

Both victims were still conscious when rescued.

Seriously injured, especially on the back, the monitor was transported to Gap hospital in a helicopter from the Smur des Hautes-Alpes, specifies
