The humanitarian cargo included bottled water, food, medicines and basic necessities.
In addition, rescuers carry out mine clearance of infrastructure and territories.
Earlier, the ministry said that specialists from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations examined almost 152 hectares of territory in the Donbass and neutralized about 24 thousand explosive objects.
