An original competition was held this Tuesday in Annemasse (Haute-Savoie).

The event was organized by the Mölkky Lac et Montagne association, whose volunteers call themselves the “Lakers”.

The weather, sunny, was there for all the games to take place in optimal conditions.

The matches were played in two winning sets, except for the final (three winning matches), won by two Ile-de-France residents.

A great success for the association

The participants came from all over France (Paris, Mâcon, Le Mans, Annecy) but also from abroad (Geneva or Zurich).

In addition to the competition, the association also offered initiations for the curious who had never had the opportunity to play mölkky.

“For a first, it's a great success, confided Pascal Gallay, president of the Mölkky Lac et Montagne association, in

The club has become well known, which bodes well for the future and the development of mölkky in the region.
