“Investigators of the Russian Investigative Committee will identify all persons involved in the commission of this crime, the actions of the perpetrators will be given a criminal legal assessment,” the department said.

Earlier, the headquarters of the territorial defense of the DPR reported that the death toll during the shelling of Donetsk by Ukrainian troops had risen to six.

The mayor of Donetsk, Aleksey Kulemzin, said that two 14-year-old girls came under fire from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, one of them subsequently died.
