Only in Stockholm are thousands of employees missing in the restaurant industry and recruitment has been difficult after the pandemic.
Now the industry organization Visita is giving a boot to the Swedish Public Employment Service, which they believe will not succeed in matching more unemployed people to all the restaurant jobs that appear.
