Yonhap: more than 89 thousand cases of COVID-19 were detected in the DPRK per day

Thus, the total number of patients with symptoms of fever, as the disease is called in North Korea, amounted to more than 3.45 million. 

Of the total number of cases, 3.26 million residents of the DPRK have recovered, and another 186 thousand are being treated. 

No new data on the number of deaths were reported.

On May 28, North Korea reported 88,520 people with fever symptoms.
