The director of the Naif Police Station, Brigadier Tariq Tahlak, said that the father resorted to the Dubai Police after he was fed up with tricks, and the efforts of his father-in-law to persuade his daughter to spare the child her differences with her husband and not to deprive a father of his son, issued the Assistant Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police for Criminal Investigation Affairs Major General Khalil Ibrahim Al Mansouri Instructions to solve the problem, and to enable the father to see his son, in any way, especially since the latter came to the state on a visitor's visa after material and social difficulties.

In detail, Brigadier General Tariq Tahlak stated that the couple were living in their countries with their only son, and as a result of marital disputes, the wife left her homeland, accompanied by the child, and came to Dubai to live with her family, refusing to allow the father to see his son or communicate with him.

He added that as a result of his deteriorating financial conditions, the father was unable to obtain a visit visa to Dubai, and was unable to communicate with his son for 10 months, and when he was able to come to the country, his wife refused to allow him to see his son, which prompted him to resort to her father to persuade her not to involve the child In marital disputes, and enabling him to meet his son, especially since his visit to the country is short, but she did not respond to her father, and insisted on her intransigent position, which prompted the father to resort to the Dubai Police as a last resort, asking for an amicable solution without escalation or additional problems.

Tahlak added that the victim’s communication team from the center communicated with the mother, and was able to convince her to enable the father to see his son, as a right guaranteed by law and Sharia, and she should not involve the child in their marital succession, based on the “Wadeema” Child Law, which obliges parents to take care of the rights of the parents. The child, pointing out that the mother responded to the mediation of the police and agreed to enable the father to see in the presence of her and her father, which brought happiness to the heart of the father and the child.

For his part, the father of the child, Shad Hussein, expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the Dubai Police, and the team communicating with the victim, who brought happiness to his and his son's heart, and contained a problem that lasted for months.
