After the letter of demand: newly graduated nurses receive a higher salary

The letter contained requirements for mainly two things, a minimum wage of SEK 30,000 and a workplace introduction of at least 4 weeks.

Requirements that have now been met for several of the students who wrote the letter.

- In the beginning people said;

you will never be able to get 30,000. But now it seems that it actually works if you make demands and are tough, says Jesper Johansson, 27.
