It proposes specific refinements in the specifications, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, storage and transportation and marking of red scarves. Compared with the 2012 version of the national standard, the indicators have been comprehensively strengthened in terms of safety, color fastness, color difference, practicality, etc., and it is clearly proposed that the basic safety items must meet the GB31701 category B (children's textile products that come into direct contact with the skin) standards, and stricter The requirements for product sewing and appearance defects have been improved, and the overall quality standard has been improved.
