This week, SVT Nyheter reported on a store in Norrköping that stops receiving Swish payments at its checkouts.
The reason is the fake coat that circulates.
According to CEO Urban Höglund, the extent of those affected so far is limited, but it is still important for the payment app to stop it.
- We work actively to close the sites that enable fake caps.
We are in dialogue with banks, the police and Swedish Trade regarding these attempted frauds, says Urban Höglund.
