Mizintsev specified that the nationalists intend to shell the Russian border territory from the residential area of Sumy and force the Russian military to retaliate, and then blow up containers with chemically hazardous substances.
All this should be filmed by foreign journalists on site.
He also added that the Ukrainian militants deliberately did not withdraw civilians from the area of the planned infection in order to create the most horrifying picture.
