Russia criticized Nagasaki's decision not to invite the Russian side to the memorial ceremony

“The Nagasaki authorities have also shown disrespect for the positive pages in the history of Russian-Japanese relations, which are largely associated with Nagasaki, which played an important role in the development of bilateral communication in the second half of the 19th century,” the statement says.
