  The "Regulations" consist of 7 chapters and 49 articles, which are comprehensive and basic local regulations in the field of Shanxi's social credit system construction.

  Article 5 of the Regulations clarifies that the people's governments at or above the county level shall strengthen the leadership of social credit work, incorporate social credit work into national economic and social development plans, establish and improve coordination mechanisms, and study and resolve major issues in social credit work.

At the same time, based on the actual situation of Shanxi Province's credit work, the specific responsibilities of the development and reform department of the people's government at or above the county level and the relevant departments and units are specified in Articles 6 and 8 respectively.

In terms of incentives for trustworthiness, 7 specific measures are stipulated; in terms of punishments for dishonesty, three bases for the determination of dishonest behaviors, four situations for the determination of serious dishonesty behaviors, and the limited scope of the supplementary list of punishments for dishonesty in Shanxi Province are specified.
