Arracz and the Missing Girl is the name of the book that Carola Nilsson together with the Swedish Working Dog Club has written for children between 6 and 9 years.

The book takes place in Skellefteå by Vitberget where a girl disappears.

Arracz, along with Home Guard soldiers, searches all night, something that can be similar to search efforts in reality.

- It feels great to be able to produce the book, and I hope that more people will be attracted to working with patrol dogs, says the author and dog commander Carola Nilsson.

"The best I've done"

Carola Nilsson and Arracz are usually part of Västerbotten's battalion as a dog patrol.

There, they train to help with search operations or search through an area for objects.

- You get to use the dog and all his senses and it's nice to be in a company and make friends.

That is the best thing I have done, says Carola Nilsson.
