Secretary-General Shin Nakamura of the Supreme Court will be appointed as the new Secretary-General of the Tokyo High Court.

Yukihiko Imasaki, Secretary of the Tokyo High Court, has been appointed as a judge of the Supreme Court.



Along with this, Secretary-General Shin Nakamura of the Supreme Court will be appointed as the new Secretary-General of the Tokyo High Court.



Mr. Nakamura is 60 years old.



He has been the Secretary-General of the Supreme Court since the first year of Reiwa, after serving as the Director of the General Affairs Bureau of the Supreme Court and the Director of the Mito District Court.



This appointment will be announced after the 23rd of next month.



In addition, Hiroshi Goto, Secretary of the Fukuoka High Court, will be appointed as the new Secretary of the Osaka High Court.



This is due to the appointment of Akira Ojima, Secretary of the Osaka High Court, as a judge of the Supreme Court.



Mr. Goto is 64 years old.



He has been the Chief Judge of the Tokyo High Court and the Director of the Tokyo District Court, and has been the Secretary of the Fukuoka High Court since October last year.



In addition, with the appointment of Secretary Goto of the Fukuoka High Court as the Secretary of the Osaka High Court, Tomomi Nakazato, Director of the Tokyo Family Court, will be appointed as the new Secretary of the Fukuoka High Court.



Mr. Nakazato is 62 years old.



She has served as the director of the Mito District Court and the general judge of the Tokyo High Court, and since November last year she has been the director of the Tokyo Family Court.
