Tear gas, police charges, live ammunition ...
Every week, the same scenario
repeats itself, without any solution emerging, recognizes Majda, a student.
“
Our demands have not changed and unfortunately things are not progressing.
All attempts at dialogue will not succeed, because the street refuses a power held by the military.
As long as they do not surrender to be judged like any other criminal, there will be no solution
”.
Tarek comes from the popular neighborhoods in the south of Khartoum.
He recalls the position of the resistance committees.
“
We want 100% civilian power.
No partnership, no concession.
We don't sit at an army table.
We no longer trust her.
They are the ones who put an end to the democratic transition
, says Tarek.

“
What is happening is that the war criminals, the politicians in their offices and the supporters of the old regime will end up agreeing by proposing a solution which will be the negation of the revolution
, he believes.
We need to create a new way of doing politics in this country.
It will take time
”.
Indeed, several political parties have formed new alliances and presented proposals for talks with their rivals.
