Mishustin announced the return to Russia of about 85% of the departing IT specialists

He announced this during a speech to the participants of the superfinal of the IV competition "Leaders of Russia".

“I’ll tell you that today, using SIM cards, we see that 85% have returned,” TASS quoted him as saying.

Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Digital Development, Maksut Shadayev, announced the return of some IT specialists to Russia.
