Boris Filatov, Mayor of Dnipro: "Ukraine will win the war because we have no other option"

Journalist, deputy, helicopter pilot, successful businessman and fan of the space race, he has become one of the best known faces in his country for his role in the war by running the most important city of Ukrainian logistics.

He is a Russophone and barely knows any Ukrainian, but Putin does not have a fiercer opponent.
