The bill, which includes a period during which the contract can be canceled unconditionally, was unanimously passed at the plenary session of the House of Representatives and sent to the House of Councilors in order to prevent damage caused by being forced to appear in adult videos.


The bill is expected to be passed in the current Diet session.

Six parties, including the Liberal Democratic Party and the Constitutional Democratic Party, have been practicing after being pointed out that the reduction of the adult age may increase the damage that new adults 18 and 19 years old will be forced to appear in adult videos. The bill was put together through discussions between the parties.



The bill was submitted to the plenary session of the House of Representatives on the 27th in the form of a proposal by the chairman of the Cabinet, and as a result of the vote, it was unanimously passed and sent to the House of Councilors.



The bill states that regardless of age or gender, the period required from the contract to the shooting is one month, and the period from the end of the shooting to the release is four months.



In addition, there is also a period during which the contract can be canceled unconditionally, which includes two years from the enforcement of the law, two years from the announcement, and then one year from the announcement.



The bill is expected to be deliberated by the House of Councilors Cabinet Committee from next week and passed by the current Diet.
