The man, who thought he had made a bargain on Facebook Marketplace, had swiped SEK 1,299 to a 35-year-old woman in Skåne in the belief that she would send Nintendo games, but instead the man got two Pippi's gingerbread houses, worth a total of SEK 60, writes Skånska Dagbladet .

The man reported the woman to the police, who turned out to have defrauded more buyers of thousands of kronor.

The woman is now convicted of fraud, but she herself claims that it must have been someone else who exchanged the packages at the post office, despite the fact that the police found a receipt for two gingerbread houses in her possession.
