, the defendant has acknowledged the facts to questions from the prosecutor.

Thus, he has reported that this morning, in September 2019, he was with his ex-wife talking at her home, when she told him that she wanted him to come back.

"I told her that if she didn't come back in a month I was going to report her for abandoning her family. At first she said yes, but later she told me no," she stressed, while adding: "She started telling me things I didn't like them and that's when I exploded".
