The police's slow response was revealed while 21 young students and teachers were killed.
Contrary to the fact that the shooter confronted the police outside the school before the crime, video analysis revealed that the shooter entered the school without much resistance and committed the crime.
Police also admitted to wasting an hour at the scene waiting for the tactical team.
