It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the joint press service of the city courts.
“The Dzerzhinsky District Court registered a case of an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia against Yuri Shevchuk,” the statement says.
It is noted that further the case materials will be transferred to the judge, and after the judge decides to accept them for proceedings, the date of the meeting will be set.
Earlier, Shevchuk's lawyer said that the singer refused to testify in an administrative case on discrediting the Russian Armed Forces.
