“Our proposal was supported by many delegations, but was ignored by the United States.

They know the best way to de-escalate, but they simply resist it,” the ambassador noted.

Earlier it became known that the UN Security Council will hold a meeting on May 26 in connection with the missile launches of the DPRK.
