Midsummer and many people's vacations are only a month away.
In advance, the summer of 2022 looks to be a fairly typical Swedish summer - but there is still much to suggest that we will be able to sum it up as a hot summer.
The so-called Azores high pressure is a strong contributing factor, Nitzan Cohen explains.
- It usually takes place across the Atlantic around the archipelago of the Azores, but during the type of summer I expect us to have this year, this high pressure usually extends across northern Europe in shorter rounds, he says.
